Krzysztof Smarsz

Krzysztof Smarsz is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as Regional Engineering Manager at Grid Dynamics since February 2024. As co-founder of TKK Investment Group since March 2018, Krzysztof focuses on real estate processes and company growth. Previously, Krzysztof held significant roles at EPAM Systems as Software Engineering Manager and Head of JavaScript discipline, and at intive as Delivery Center Manager, overseeing teams of over 100 professionals. Additional experience includes project management positions at Nokia, Redknee, and Nokia Siemens Networks, as well as early career roles in IT support. Educational qualifications include an MSc in telecommunications from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and a postgraduate degree in management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
