Shannon Lebaron

Shannon LeBaron, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Grid Dynamics since September 2019, Shannon previously held positions including HR Director at TIS Americas, HR Manager at Airbus DS Communications, and Senior Human Resource Manager at Fonality. Shannon's background includes managing all HR functions in various industries, implementing employee engagement initiatives, negotiating benefits, and utilizing HR technologies such as ADP and NetSuite CRM. Shannon began a career in human resources with a role as Director of Human Resources at Market Scan Information Systems, where Shannon established a formal HR department. Shannon holds an Associate's Degree in General Education from Moorpark College and further education from California State University-Sacramento.
