Terentie Carp

Terentie Carp is an experienced senior delivery manager currently working at Grid Dynamics since January 2022, previously serving as a delivery manager at DarQube where responsibilities included managing multiple teams and products while leading Agile transformation initiatives. Carp has a solid background in project management and operational improvement, having worked at Endava and Intelligent Contacts, where significant achievements included doubling team velocity and developing KPI frameworks.
