Glenn Widmer

Glenn Widmer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Glenn started their career as a Call Center Agent at Western Wireless Corporation in 1998 and later moved up to become a Coach and Manager in the Technical Support department. At T-Mobile USA, they held multiple managerial roles, including Director of Customer Service & Sales Operations Analytics, where they led a team of analysts and oversaw call center performance. Glenn also served as the Senior Manager of Resource Planning Command Center & Customer Service Real Estate, where they managed call center performance across various locations and coordinated real estate management. More recently, they worked at T-Mobile as a Senior Customer Experience Manager, responsible for managing device simulators and improving customer experience. Glenn Widmer also had their own endeavor as the President and Co-Founder of Pick 6 Sports, a youth sports organization. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Operations, Marketing, Logistics, and Technology at Gridiron Football, where they oversee various aspects of the organization and works closely with the CEO.

Glenn Widmer attended the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Information Technology. Earlier, from 1993 to 1997, they studied History at the University of Washington.
