Jenny Hein has a diverse work experience. Jenny is currently the Co-Founder and President of Gridiron IT since December 2017. Before that, they founded Jenny Hein Consulting LLC in September 2016 and worked there until November 2017. Jenny also founded Real Food For Kids- Loudoun County in October 2013, where they served until October 2017. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Real Food for Kids from January 2015 to October 2016. Jenny co-founded Multitask Productions LLC in June 2008 and worked there until January 2014. Jenny also had a role as an Executive Director/Program Director at Loudoun Independent from January 2006 to June 2008, where they led the weight loss challenge program called Win Some Lose Some. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Jenny was a stay-at-home mom from September 2001 to January 2006. Their earlier professional experience includes working as an Account Executive at the Washington Redskins from July 2000 to September 2001 and as a Sales Manager at Top Centre, Inc from January 1995 to April 2000.

Jenny Hein received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from George Mason University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School from 1986 to 1990.
