Yuan Zhuang

Yuan Zhuang currently serves as the Grid Connections Manager at GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited since April 2023. Prior to this role, Yuan held positions at Arup as a Senior Electricity Networks Consultant, focusing on Business Investor Advisory and Transaction Advisory from April 2022 to April 2023. Previous experience includes working at SSE plc, where Yuan worked as a Network Development Engineer (RIIO ED2) and as a Network/System Planning and Investment Engineer from October 2018 to April 2022. Yuan also contributed to Sweco UK as an Electrical Engineer from February 2014 to October 2018 and began the professional journey as an Intern at KPF from August 2013 to February 2014. Yuan holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering obtained from the University of Southampton (2009 - 2013) and a BEng in Electrical Engineering with a foundation year from the same institution (2005 - 2009).
