Kaylie Hague is a Compliance Implementation Lead at GridSME, responsible for managing and facilitating the NERC compliance implementation program for Generator Owners and Low Impact Generator Operators. Kaylie interprets and analyzes NERC standards, ensuring adherence to the latest requirements. Prior experience includes serving as a Hydroelectric Compliance Technician at the Nevada Irrigation District, where Kaylie ensured compliance with regulations related to hydroelectric power operations, and as an Assistant Project Manager at Southwest Hydro Analytics. Kaylie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from San Diego State University and completed education at Colfax High School.
