Adrian Rogowski

Adrian Rogowski serves as the Director of Legal, Compliance & Administration at Nordot since November 2025. Previously, Adrian held the position of Senior Legal and Business Operations Manager at upday, where responsibilities included overseeing global legal operations and leading high-value contract negotiations. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, contributing to Samsung News’ North American expansion and providing legal guidance in a Berlin-based tech startup. Additionally, Adrian managed intellectual property portfolios and authored textbooks on various legal subjects while advocating as a barrister and lecturing on music law and contracts. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Stellenbosch University.
