Julia Schetelig has been working in various roles since 2018. In 2018, they volunteered at Sky School. In 2019, they were a Peer Mentor, Research Assistant (Social Psychology), Teaching Assistant (Research Methods and Statistics), and Videographer at Earlham College, a Young Innovator at International Connector, and a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Julia also founded Generation Impact in 2019. In 2020, they were an Intern at WONDR and a Boarding Intern at UWC South East Asia. In 2021, they became a People Operations Lead at Gridware and a Learning & Development Intern at KPMG Deutschland, where they designed and implemented KPMG Germany's mental health program for 11.000 employees, designed and facilitated interactive webinars for 3.500 attending employees, researched and wrote 100 pages of practical micro-learning content around stress-management, resilience, self-care, time management, positive psychology, and mindfulness, and assisted with marketing and organizing various mental health events. Julia also continued to work on freelance assignments after their internship at Johnson & Johnson in 2017.
Julia Schetelig holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Global Management from Earlham College and a High School Diploma in International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia.
