Manuela Maria Lapin

Manuela Maria Lapin serves as the Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager at gridX since January 2024. Previously, Lapin held the role of IT Project Manager for HR Projects and Transition Management at ALDI Nord from January 2022 to December 2023, focusing on the implementation of HR IT solutions and strategic HR tech projects. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf included multiple managerial roles in Human Resources and Business Analysis, along with experience at BASF and PwC Deutschland. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Science in Psychologie from the University of Düsseldorf, complemented by an overseas semester at the University of Adelaide.
