M.n.kathleen Offman Mathisen (She/her)

M.N. Kathleen Offman Mathisen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Starting in 2016, they served as the CHRO and Internal Communication Grieg Seafood ASA, where they held leadership positions and oversaw human resources and internal communication functions. Additionally, they served as a board member and chairman of different organizations, including HR Norge Vest, Adina, Grieg Group Resources AS, and Maritime Bergen. M.N.Kathleen Offman also contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives as a leader and member of the Resource Group Diversity and Inclusion at Bergen Næringsråd. Furthermore, Kathleen participated in Svendsen Utvalget, an appointed committee for the Norwegian Defense Ministry, where they provided expertise on enhancing competence and diversity within the armed forces. Their work experience also includes serving as a board member in the SOUTH BERGEN ROTARY FOUNDATION and as the leader of the Bergen Kulturskole Advisory Committee. Currently, they are the Chairwoman of Havets Verdiskapere.

M.N. Kathleen Offman Mathisen (she/her) has a diverse education history. M.N.Kathleen Offman obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they studied Corporate Finance and HR Management at BI Norwegian Business School in 2014. In the same year, they also completed courses in Situational Leadership and Logistics and Marketing Channels at BI Norwegian Business School. Earlier in their education, they pursued studies in Management at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they attended Næringsakademiet in 1992, where they studied Tourism Coordinator. In the same year, they also took Law subjects at the University of Bergen (UiB).
