Rob Herman

Rob Herman is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Managing Principal at The 4100 Group Financial Services since 2024. In addition, Rob holds the position of Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer at Logix Smart Value, a portfolio company of 4100FS, and has been involved with Gries Financial Partners and Bull Harbor Capital as a member of their Board of Managers. Rob also serves on the Board of Managers for Family Office Resource Group (FORG) and hosts the podcast SuperPerformers, which is powered by 4100FS. Rob's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
