Nikolas Schomer

Nikolas Schomer possesses extensive experience in the baking and food manufacturing industries, currently serving as a Produktentwickler at Griesson - de Beukelaer GmbH & Co. KG since August 2018, focusing on product development and industrial realization in R&D. Prior to this role, Nikolas worked at Continental Bakeries from July 2011 to 2018 as an Anlagenspezialist, where responsibilities included performance and process optimization on five industrial pastry lines and fire protection. Nikolas began a career at Die Lohners from September 2005 to 2011 as a Bäckermeister, specializing in the production of bread, rolls, and fine pastries, along with the implementation of new technologies and automation, while also leading a team.
