Tomasz Mrowczyk is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and valuations. Currently serving as Co-Managing Partner at Griffin Capital Partners since May 2020, Tomasz has also been a Partner at Acropolis Advisory since May 2007. Previously, Tomasz held the position of Director and Head of the Structured Investments Department at PZU from April 2009 to April 2020, managing assets under management of approximately PLN 6 billion and focusing on corporate credit and private equity. Early career experience includes working as an Analyst at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, specializing in M&A and valuations. Academically, Tomasz holds an Executive MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a CAIA Charterholder designation, and an MSc in Finance and Investments from the University of Economics in Katowice.
