Mike Dugan

Mike Dugan is an accomplished sales leader in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Producing Sales Manager at Griffin Funding since September 2025. With a strong focus on empowering loan officers, Mike guides loan structures, offers product expertise, and manages escalations while maintaining a robust production as a Senior Loan Officer. Prior to Griffin Funding, Mike held the position of Sales Manager at Quontic from February 2024 to October 2025, leading a team of Account Executives to achieve targets with an emphasis on non-QM products and customer service. Mike's experience also includes roles as a Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive at New American Funding, Sr. Loan Officer at Veritas Funding, and Sr. Mortgage Consultant at Opendoor. In addition to professional accomplishments, Mike has been pursuing education at Nichols College since August 2009.
