Chelsey Wade

Chelsey Wade is a seasoned community manager with extensive experience in the multifamily housing industry. Currently serving as Community Manager at Griffis Residential since August 2020, Chelsey manages two high-rise properties in downtown Denver, overseeing 283 units and leading a team of five to achieve sales goals and operational efficiency. Previously, Chelsey held roles as Multi Site Community Manager and Multi Site Leasing Agent at Aimco Apartment Homes, where notable customer service expertise led to recognition among the top 15 leasing consultants nationwide. Chelsey's career began in leasing roles at Heritage Properties, Inc. and Great Southern Investments & Asset Management, achieving significant occupancy improvements. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from The University of Southern Mississippi.
