Carmen Azzopardi

Carmen Azzopardi, CPM, has substantial experience in property management, currently serving as Vice President of the Multifamily Service Group at Griffis/Blessing, Inc. since May 2005, where responsibilities include directing operations for a portfolio of over 60 apartment communities comprising approximately 10,000 units. Previously, Carmen held the position of Regional Property Manager, overseeing several residential properties in Colorado Springs. Prior to joining Griffis/Blessing, Carmen was a Senior Manager at Western National Property Management, managing day-to-day operations for the Resort at University Park and Village at Westmeadow. Carmen's career began at Balcor Property Management as a Community Manager, operating several communities in the region. Education includes a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a property management license from Jones Real Estate.
