Belinda M. is an experienced professional in research and development, serving as R&D Sr. Technical Manager and Sr. Principal Food Scientist at Griffith Foods since December 1996. With expertise in product development for the food industry, Belinda specializes in seasoning blends, snacks, sauces, and more, and holds a Certified Food Scientist designation. Belinda is also involved in implementing FSMA compliance programs, has experience as a sensory science panelist, and specializes in raw material ingredients. Prior to Griffith Foods, Belinda worked as a Scientist in Color Formulation at Sherwin Williams for six months. Belinda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Western Illinois University.
