Volodymyr Chapman

Volodymyr Chapman is a Research Fellow in Digital Pathology for Lymphoma at the University of Leeds, focusing on software engineering and the commercialization of AI assets in haematopathology. Previously, Volodymyr served as a Doctoral Researcher, predicting lymphoma patient outcomes with artificial intelligence. As a co-supervisor for Master's projects in Precision Medicine and AI, Volodymyr has supported multiple students in their academic journeys, leading to significant career advancements in bioinformatics and medical AI. Currently, Volodymyr holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Medscribe and is the founder of Stoat Ltd, developing an AI consultancy in digital pathology. Earlier experience includes a role as a Pre Doctoral Intern at The Sainsbury Laboratory and teaching science. Volodymyr holds degrees from Imperial College London, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and the University of Leeds, where a PhD in Artificial Intelligence is being pursued.
