Don Bezek

Don Bezek, Jr. has over 15 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management. Don currently serves as the Director of Global Health and Safety at Griffith Foods, where they provide leadership for the health and safety of over 5,000 employees across multiple manufacturing facilities worldwide. Prior to that, they were the Business Unit Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager at Kerry, where they oversaw the health and safety efforts for nine food manufacturing plants in North America. Don also worked as a Safety Manager at John Deere, where they were responsible for managing the safety program and medical function at a large manufacturing facility. Additionally, they have experience as a Global Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at Donaldson and as a Corporate Safety Manager at Mohawk Industries/Dal-Tile.

Don Bezek, Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University. Don also attended Lyons Township HS. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Leading at Kerry from the Irish Management Institute. Don also holds additional certifications including DPS Lean Certification, Bronze Level from Donaldson and Six Sigma Green Belt from Honeywell.
