Joseph Sinclair

Joseph Sinclair, CPA, has a diverse work experience in various financial roles. Joseph is currently working as the VP, Treasurer at Griffith Foods since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as Treasurer at Mauser Packaging Solutions from November 2020 to March 2021. Joseph was also a Consultant at DLC from March 2020 to October 2020. Joseph has extensive experience at Tribune Media, where they held the position of VP, Assistant Treasurer from May 2008 to December 2019, managing a variety of corporate finance, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and treasury roles. Joseph started their career as an Investment Banking Associate at Lehman Brothers from January 2007 to February 2008 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. from 2004 to 2007. Joseph began their professional journey as an Assurance Associate at KPMG in the banking and investment management services practice from 2003 to 2004.

Joseph Sinclair, CPA obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the same institution, from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
