Lisa Cuaresma, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Lisa began their career in 2001 as an HR Generalist at FBOP Corporation, where they worked until 2003. Lisa then joined Kellogg's as an HR Generalist, before moving on to Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company as a Recruiter in 2005. In 2006, Lisa joined Griffith Foods as an HR Business Partner, and from there, they progressed to HR Manager, HR Director, and eventually Senior HR Director. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in various HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR management.
Lisa Cuaresma, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a master's degree in Human Resources from National Louis University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lewis University between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their educational background, Lisa has obtained certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015, as well as Assessment of Leadership Potential certification. Lisa also holds certifications in SHRM-SCP and SPHR from SHRM and HR Certification Institute - HRCI, respectively.
