Lokesh Shivarudrappa

Lokesh Shivarudrappa is an experienced professional in the food production industry, currently serving as Manager - Production at Griffith Laboratories since February 2012, after holding the role of Assistant Manager - Plant. Prior experience includes serving as Production Incharge at Nuthatch Nutricare Technologies, managing production activities for various food products, and as Production Supervisor at WILD Flavors in Dubai, where significant improvements were made in production operations. Earlier experience at ALMARAI COMPANY in Riyadh as a Dairy Technologist involved assisting the QA department in addressing product quality issues. Lokesh holds a B Tech(D Tech) degree in Dairy Technology from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, completed in 2003.
