Madeline Patterson Smith

Madeline Patterson Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and ESG strategy, currently serving as the Global Director of Sustainability Impact Reporting at Griffith Foods since January 2024. Prior to this role, Madeline worked at BCW Global from March 2015 to January 2024 as a Senior Vice President, leading the ESG team in creating impactful reports and communications plans, and previously held positions as Vice President, focusing on impact reporting strategy, media relations, and thought leadership. Earlier career experiences include roles at Sullivan Branding, Rhodes College, Vita Brevis Arts Bureau, City of Memphis, Cornerstone Associates LLC, and Academy Allergy Asthma & Sinus, P.C. Madeline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Rhodes College.
