Mike Lonteen

Mike Lonteen is an experienced Research and Development professional with a career spanning several decades in the food industry. Currently serving as a Research and Development Project Manager at Griffith Foods since December 2019, Mike previously held various leadership roles at Custom Culinary from 2005 to December 2019, including Vice President of Research and Development. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of R+D at DM Foods, where the focus was on culinary-inspired soups and sauces for national chain restaurants, and a decade at Nestle in R+D. Mike's career began in quality assurance at Ingredient Technology Corporation and included a role as Executive Chef at Firestone Country Club. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from The University of Akron.
