Paula Delgado

Paula Delgado has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Paula currently serves as the HR Director CENAM at Griffith Foods since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AstraZeneca in various roles such as Head of HR Central America & The Caribbean, Interim Human Resources Director Mexico, Head of HR Andean Cluster, Head of HR AZ Colombia, and Human Resources Business Partner, International Region. Before joining AstraZeneca, they worked as an Employee Services Coordinator at Hospira from 2003 to 2006.

Paula Delgado obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism at Universidad San Judas Tadeo. Aside from their formal education, Paula Delgado also holds additional certifications, including an EF SET English Certificate 94/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF International Language Campuses, obtained in 2022, as well as a Human Resources Technical Diploma from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, obtained in 2008.
