Pauline Tay

Pauline Tay has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on Asia Pacific. Pauline is currently the VP of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Griffith Foods, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of People and Culture at COMO Hotels and Resorts from 2019 to 2022. Pauline has also held executive HR roles at Tetra Pak, Berge Bulk, Cedar Talent Group, Reckitt Benckiser, Hilton Worldwide, Bunge Ltd, and Johnson Controls, Inc. Throughout their career, Pauline has demonstrated a strong track record in leading HR functions and driving organizational development in the region.

Pauline Tay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business from the University of South Australia. Pauline also has a certification as a Certified Master Coach in Behavioral Coaching from the Bahavioral Coaching Institute. Additionally, Pauline has obtained a certification in People Analytics from Emeritus in 2022.
