Sabina Gebczyk

Sabina Gebczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sabina is currently serving as the Global Director of Talent, Organization Development, and Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity at Griffith Foods since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ingredion Incorporated, where they held several positions related to global diversity, equity, and inclusion, including the role of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead.

Before joining Ingredion Incorporated, Sabina worked as the Manager of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the Chicago Housing Authority from March 2017 to August 2019. Sabina has also served as a Fellow at New Leaders Council and worked as a Housing First Program Manager at Chicago House and Social Service Agency.

Furthermore, Sabina has experience as a Senior Case Manager at Mercy Housing, Charity Partnerships & Outreach Associate at Global Impact, and Development Fellow at Polaris. Sabina has also volunteered at We women foundation and worked as a Customer Service and Control Agent at Swissport.

Sabina Gebczyk holds a Master of Science in Peace Operations from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government. Sabina also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Webster University. Additionally, they completed the WBCSD LEAP Sustainability Program at the Yale School of Management. Sabina has obtained several certifications, including Human Resources: Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in 2019, The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualifying Administrator from IDI, LLC in 2018, Certified Diversity Professional from The Society For Diversity in 2017, and Certified Domestic Violence Professionals from The Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professionals, Inc. (ICDVP) in March 2017. Sabina also has a certification as a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC) and completed the Domestic Violence 40 Hour Training from Family Shelter Service.
