Sarah Cigrang

Sarah Cigrang has a diverse and extensive work experience. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources, North America at Griffith Foods starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ingredion Incorporated from 2017 to 2022 where they held various roles including Vice President, Integrated Talent Experience and Director, Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness.

Before joining Ingredion Incorporated, Sarah worked at Honeywell for a significant portion of their career. Sarah'sroles at Honeywell included HR Integration Leader, HR Director, Sr. HR Manager, HR Manager, Sr. Compensation Analyst, and Sr. HR Generalist.

Sarah also had an internship as an HR Graduate Intern at Honeywell in 2007 and an HR Intern position at PSAV in 2006.

Sarah Cigrang holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they earned between 2002 and 2006. Sarah then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the same university, which they completed in 2007. In 2023, Sarah enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they finished their studies in 2025.
