Lourdes Palacios

Lourdes Palacios is a highly experienced professional in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology, currently serving as Senior Manager of R&D Innovation at Grifols since July 2020. Prior to this role, Lourdes held the position of Senior Scientist at Progenika Biopharma from May 2008 to June 2020, contributing significantly to the LIPOchip project. Lourdes also has experience as a Scientist and Project Leader at Fundación Gaiker, focusing on quality systems and various biological studies, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at Universidad del País Vasco, where responsibilities included managing PhD fellows. Lourdes began academic training with a Licenciatura in Biochemistry followed by a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, both from Universidad del País Vasco.
