Shawn Rosenkrans has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Delivery Lead - Recruitment at Grifols since August 2017, with a progression through various roles including Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, and Interviewing Specialist. Prior to Grifols, Shawn worked at Buffalo Wild Wings as a Food Server/Bartender from October 2014 to August 2017 and held a position as a Cashier at Casey's General Stores, Inc. from June 2012 to October 2014. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Resources/Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University (2017-2019) and an Associate of Science in General Education from Kishwaukee College (2010-2013).
