Thomas Glanzmann

Thomas Glanzmann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Grifols and previously as Executive Chairman and CEO, Thomas also holds a position as a member of the Board. As the Founder and General Partner of Medtech Ventures Partners, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in venture capital. Additional board involvement includes membership with Alcon and a role as Principal and Managing Director at Glanzmann Enterprises. Furthermore, Thomas contributes to the healthcare sector as a member of the Healthcare Advisory Board at Madison Dearborn Partners. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Dartmouth College and completed an executive program at IMD in 1983.
