Marvin J. Dyke has a strong work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Starting their career as a Financial Analyst at GE Harris Railway Electronics, L.L.C in 1994, they later joined Credit Suisse as an Associate, where they structured business combinations and reorganizations for clients. Dyke then moved on to Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2002, initially as a Director of Finance and later as a General Manager at Fisher Clinical Services. At Thermo Fisher, they also served as a Director of Operations, leading global sourcing, manufacturing, and order fulfillment operations. In 2015, Dyke became the Managing Partner at MPower Insight before joining BPL Plasma in 2016 as Vice President of Operational Excellence. Marvin J. played a pivotal role in improving the company's competitiveness and successfully led the development of new plasma centers. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of President at BPL Plasma and later served as the Chief Operating Officer at Partners First Cardiology in 2022. Dyke's most recent role is President at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC, where they assumed the responsibility for enterprise and operations leadership. Marvin J. Dyke holds an MBA degree with a specialization in General Management and Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Marvin J. also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point. In addition to their degrees, Marvin has obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking for Innovation, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox, all from Coursera Course Certificates. Marvin J. completed the Design Thinking for Innovation certification in November 2016, the R Programming certification in May 2016, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox certification in April 2016.
