Xavier Cremades

Xavier Cremades is an experienced Information Technology Application Specialist currently working at Grifols since December 2022, where orchestration of cross-team collaboration and conflict resolution in IT environments has been a key focus, alongside leading development teams for Service Manager software implementations. Concurrently, Xavier serves as Project Manager at Healthtech Innovations SL and previously held the same position at Eurecat - Centro Tecnológico de Catalunya, managing healthcare-related projects utilizing Agile methodologies and developing Medical Minimum Viable Products. Earlier roles include research and innovation internships, leadership positions in educational programs, and technical positions in medical equipment repair. Xavier holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and additional qualifications in project management and leadership from the University of Groningen.
