Tom McBride

Tom McBride is an experienced Land Director at GRIGGS Homes since November 2023. Previously, Tom held various leadership positions at IMAGINE PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED from April 2017 to November 2023, including Director of Sales/Lettings/Land & New Homes/Property Management, overseeing branches in Watford, Bushey, Garston, and Hemel. Responsibilities included managing the Land Department with a focus on acquiring and advising on residential sites. Prior to that, Tom spent over sixteen years at Imagine Estate Agents in roles ranging from Assistant Manager to Director of Land and New Homes. Tom's educational background includes attendance at Rickmansworth School.
