Pankaj Maduskar

Pankaj Maduskar is an experienced executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as Chief Credit Officer at Grihum Housing Finance since May 2023. With a robust background in credit and risk management, Pankaj held prominent positions such as National Credit Head for Mortgages at Edelweiss Financial Services and Head of Risk & Credit for Mortgages at JM Financial. Pankaj's extensive tenure at L&T Finance included roles as National Credit Manager and Zonal Credit Manager for Mortgages, overseeing a team of underwriters and various mortgage products.
