Rishikant Dubey

Rishikant Dubey, PRM, currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Grihum Housing Finance, where responsibilities include overseeing Enterprise Risk Management, policies, risk analytics, fraud risk management, and risk reporting since March 2022. Prior to this, Rishikant was the Chief Risk Officer at Muthoot Microfin Ltd., leading the establishment of a comprehensive risk management framework. Experience at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited involved heading credit risk management, while tenure at Bank of India encompassed various roles, including Chief Manager and Senior Manager, focusing on credit risk management and model development. Rishikant holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Banking and Finance and a PGDBF from the National Institute of Bank Management, along with certifications in SME finance and treasury investment.
