Rinita Sur has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design and consultancy. Rinita is currently working at Grill'd as a User Experience Lead since 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Boop & Co. as a Lead UX Designer & Researcher from September 2020 to May 2022. Rinita also worked as a freelance Experience Design Consultant for digital startups and helped them optimize user experience and conversion rates from April 2020 to September 2020. Rinita has previous experience at National Australia Bank and Telstra as an Experience Designer, and at TechJini Inc., Sybrant Digital, Meradata Pvt. Ltd., and IPE Global Private Limited in various UX and web development roles.
Rinita Sur obtained their MCA degree in Computers from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BCA degree in Computers from the same university from 2006 to 2010. Their secondary education includes completing their 12th grade at Christ Church Girl's High School, W.B.C.H.S.E in 2004 and their 10th grade at DumDum Girl's High School, W.B.B.S.E in 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Rinita Sur has completed various courses in subjects such as Conversion Rate Optimization, Figma, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, and User-Centred Design from institutions like Udemy, LinkedIn, and Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).

When our doors opened for the first time in 2004 it was because we wanted to challenge the belief that burgers were bad. We were the David to the Goliath’s of the burger world, and we were fighting them with burgers that were both guilt-free and delicious. Today we're proud to plate up healthy burgers made with love. It’s what makes our burgers the solution to fast food and not another alternative. We work with local farmers and artisans to secure the freshest ingredients and we're proud to serve RSPCA Approved chicken and free-range beef, lamb and eggs. How we did it back then is how we still do it today, the Grill’d way, and what continues to make our burgers so special is not only the ingredients. It’s our people. The Grill’d team. They are the heart and soul of Grill’d. Without them, there is no us. The reason we get up every morning and put on our bandanas is not just to cook delicious healthy burgers. It's to open our doors to our guests - the extended Grill'd family - and create a positive environment that offers inclusivity, mateship, and community. We stand alone in serving up our signature healthy burgers, but the true secret recipe is our people. Shh, don’t tell anyone.
