Fredaric Mathew Lal is an experienced User Experience professional with a robust background in design and leadership. Currently serving as User Experience Lead at ValueLabs since August 2025, following its acquisition of PlanSource India, Fredaric previously held the role of Triad Leader and UX Lead at PlanSource from August 2021 to July 2025.
