Francesco Sciaudone

Mr. Sciaudone is, inter alia, Head of the European, Antitrust and Administrative Law Department of the Firm. He regularly advises financial institutions, public administrations, and multinational companies and groups in Court proceedings and out-of-Court settlements.

He represents clients before Italian and European Higher Courts and has in-depth and specific experience in the Infrastructure, Transport, Energy, Public Procurement and regulated Sectors.

He has advised, and still advises, clients on large extraordinary transactions and complex project financing, liberalization, and privatization transactions.
