Manoj Bains is a seasoned accounting professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years in various financial leadership roles. Currently, Manoj serves as a Senior Manager at Grimbleby Coleman Advisors & Accountants since May 2022, having previously held the position of Controller/CFO at Encompass Health from September 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included directing the hospital's accounting system and fostering a performance-driven culture.
