Caitlin Alyssa Caum is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in architecture and urban planning. Currently serving as a Designer at Grimm + Parker Architects since March 2022, Caitlin previously held the position of Urban Design Architect at Design Collective, Inc. from August 2021 to February 2022. Caitlin's academic contributions include multiple roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia School of Architecture, supporting various design studios and visualization courses. Early career experiences include internships and positions at HNTB, Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, and Architecture Plus, INC., where Caitlin developed a strong foundation in architecture and design practices. Caitlin earned a Master of Urban + Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas.
