Praewpailin Chinsakchai

Praewpailin Chinsakchai has been working in the legal field since 2008. Praewpailin began their career as a Summer Associate at Thanathip & Partners Legal Counselors Limited, followed by a Part Time Associate role at Rungrapee Legal Consultants. In 2013, they joined Kasikorn Bank as an In-house Counsel and was promoted to World Business Management Strategist a year later. In 2016, they followed their husband to Shanghai Jiaotong University, where they studied Chinese and received a full scholarship after scoring the highest marks in their class. In 2019, they became the Contracts & Strategic Transactions Manager at the New Jersey Innovation Institute. In 2021, they were hired as the Contracts Manager at GRIMM (SMFS, Inc.).

Praewpailin Chinsakchai obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Chulalongkorn University in International Business Law from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they obtained a Licensed Attorney-At-Law from the lawyerscouncil in Thailand. In 2009, they obtained an Associate of the Thai Bar (Barrister-at-law) from the Thai Bar Association. Praewpailin then went on to obtain a Master of Laws (LLM) from King's College London in Tax Law/Taxation from 2011 to 2012. Finally, they obtained another Master of Laws (LLM) from UCL in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from 2012 to 2013.
