Martin Hadrys

Martin Hadrys possesses extensive experience in production and engineering management, having held various leadership roles at GRIMME from August 2014 to March 2021, including Director Production and Teamleader for both Work Preparation and Montage Process Planning, as well as Project Manager for Lean Management. Following tenure at GRIMME, Martin served as Werksleiter and Teilbetriebsleiter Montage at LMC Caravan GmbH & Co. KG from April 2021 to April 2024. Prior experiences include engineering positions at QIAGEN focused on Engineering & Technology and SCHOTT with a concentration in Lean Management & Supply Chain. Martin holds a Master's degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Uni Duisburg-Essen.
