John Kadircan Alanbay

John Kadircan Alanbay is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project management and equipment design, particularly in the food processing sector. For over three decades at Grimmway Farms, John has assumed roles as Project Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing engineering, design, and the development of equipment layouts, as well as managing projects from conceptual design to implementation. Prior experience includes serving as Tool and Machine Shop Chief at Singer Sewing Machine Company and completing an apprenticeship at Sulzer Gmbh, where skills in lock construction, welding, and testing were developed. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and furthered education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
