Tom Randazzo

Tom Randazzo is a seasoned professional in business development and customer management with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Grimmway Farms since September 2025, Tom previously held positions at Chiquita as Customer Manager, Fresh Express as Regional Customer Manager, and The Kraft Heinz Company in various roles, including Category Leadership Advisor and Customer Category Manager. Tom began a career in sales at Kraft Foods, progressing from Sales Intern to Sales Representative and Merchandiser. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University, attended from 2006 to 2008, and is a graduate of Madison High School.
