Ayesha Hall Assoc CIPD has had several work experiences throughout their career. Ayesha started their career as a PGCE student at the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education in 2014. After that, they worked as a Business Teacher at the Boston Witham Academies Federation from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they became an HR Manager at The Boston Witham Academies Federation and held that position until 2019. Following that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head of Employee Relations at the same organization. In addition to these roles, they also worked as a Bar Worker at the Blossom way Sports and Social Club from 2012 to 2015.

Ayesha Hall Assoc CIPD completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management from Grimsby Institute in the years 2008 to 2011. Ayesha then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Grimsby Institute from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. From 2017 to 2019, Ayesha furthered their education by earning a CIPD LEVEL 7 degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Grimsby.
