Karan Grant

Karan Grant has a diverse background in educational and mental health support, currently serving as a Success Coach at the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education since October 2022, focusing on pastoral support for Career 6 and Access to HE learners. Prior experience includes roles as a Skills Development Officer at Early Years Alliance and a Success Coach for the Motor Vehicle Department at the Grimsby Institute, where Karan provided both academic and pastoral support while collaborating closely with parents and carers.
