Jo Korneliussen has extensive work experience in the design industry, holding various leadership roles in multiple companies. They currently serve as the Chief Design Officer at GRIN AS since September 2020. Prior to this, Jo co-founded and served as the Chief Design Officer and CEO at PAWA from February 2016 to November 2019. They also founded and led Crow as the Founder and CEO in 2019. Jo was a Co-Owner of Moonwalk Tomorrow, a portfolio of startups focused on new industries for a post-oil & gas Norway, since April 2016. In addition, they worked as a Product Designer at Kyoto Group AS from September 2020 to September 2021, and as a Mechanical and Product Designer at joymo.tv from November 2019 to January 2021. Jo was also a Co-Founder and Senior Designer at Fimbul Design AS from August 2013 to February 2016, and a Product Designer at JO KORNELIUSSEN from February 2013 to August 2013. They have also served as a Mentor at Founder Institute in May 2018 and as the Vice President of Product at Moonwalk Innovation from February 2016 to October 2016.

Jo Korneliussen earned a Preparatory degree in Industrial Design from Designinstituttet AS in 2005-2006. They then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Furniture Design at Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO) from 2007 to 2010. Furthermore, they obtained a Master's degree in Design from the Royal Danish Academy between 2010 and 2013.
