Isabel Taylor

Isabel Taylor is an experienced product development professional currently serving as Head of Product Development at Grind, a Certified B Corporation, since June 2024. Previously, Isabel held the position of Global Product and NPD Manager at Pai Skincare from August 2023 to June 2024. Isabel's tenure at ELEMIS spanned from September 2019 to August 2023, where roles included Global NPD Manager, Global NPD Assistant Manager, Global NPD Executive, NPD Assistant, and NPD Intern. Additionally, Isabel volunteered at Global Vision International in early 2015. Isabel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Bournemouth University, which was completed in 2019, and received education at Stowe School from 2009 to 2014.
